You’ll be responsible for training our AI technology which includes natural language processing and communication skills to deliver a fun and satisfying conversational experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • AI Design - research, prototyping, visual design, and iterating the AI-powered conversational design platform. Lead designer or heavily involved in planning and design of all products.

  • Implementation - Implementing new projects and strategically developing those projects to reach the highest possible value of Conversational AI.

  • Integration - Team lead in all integrations and identify new areas where further integration into the client’s system will increase value through automation 

  • Identify & Grow Accounts – Work closely with Sales to gain an understanding of your accounts wants and needs within their business environment 

  • Ongoing Education – Continual AI education for yourself and customers, allowing them to maintain their AI platform.  Act as a trusted advisor to your accounts, ensuring they get the most out of their software 

  • Dedication to Mission Success - When necessary undertake new responsibilities, challenges, and increased workload to achieve Liaison’s mission

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree at the Bachelor level

  • Excellent reading and writing skills in casual and business English 

  • Experience in managing multiple projects with deadlines

  • Experience managing existing customers and growing relationships 

  • Familiar with basic data processing software

  • Experience in one or more business areas, such as marketing, customer service, public relations, customer support, and sales

  • Understanding of how clients use technology to meet business objectives

  • Ability to approach customer requests, listen, and understand their needs and effectively deliver
